KYZEN and the Clean Team will be on the show floor highlighting MICRONOX chemistries for power electronics cleaning challenges.
KYZEN pairs a commitment to continuous improvement with innovative cleaning chemistries including METALOX MX2123, MX2127, and MX2376 that deliver the highest quality of cleaning for power electronics and wire-bonded assemblies.
MICRONOX MX2123 is an aqueous, multi-phase chemistry designed to remove flux residues from all types of IGBT module devices that utilize mixtures of copper, silver, and nickel DBC substrates. Effective at low temperatures and concentrations, MX2123 leaves ideal surface conditions for post-wire bond and potting processes while retaining anti-oxidation materials to protect base metals after cleaning.
MICRONOX MX2127 is a single-phase, multi-metal safe aqueous chemistry designed to remove lead-free residues from IGBT module devices with copper and nickel substrates. MX2127 is designed to be used in in-line, spray-in-air cleaning systems and excels in removing common no-clean flux residues.
MICRONOX MX2376 is a semi-aqueous solvent blend cleaning agent designed to remove difficult no-clean/RMA flux residues from power electronics devices utilizing sensitive metal substrates including copper, silver, and high-lead alloys. MX2376 is effective in ultrasonic immersion systems and maintains copper lead frames or copper DBC surfaces for post-wire bonding and molding processes.
